Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or reproduced for resale in any form.
Once a digital product has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Apparel Returns & Exchanges
Apparel may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible, apparel must be:
* Unused and unworn
* In its original condition
* Returned with all tags still intact
* Returned with the original packaging, when available
Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, missing tags, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
14-Day Return & Exchange Window
Customers have 14 days from the original purchase date to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.
Approval of Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to Brinez World’s discretion. Submission of a return, exchange, or refund request does not guarantee approval.
BrinezWorld reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund request if the item does not meet our eligibility requirements or if the request is otherwise deemed ineligible.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide next steps if your return or exchange is approved.
